Hi, no can't be used as dipped headlights. It is just an additional light and will not replace your regular headlight. Nevertheless the light itself has two different light cone positions.

@HepcoBeckerEN Hi, thanks for this piece of info. However, I did not mean to replace my standard headlight, what I am looking for is supplementing it with another dipped headlight so as to get more vision after dusk. Switching to high beam is an advantage yet what I am really looking for is more light in the standard mode which, in fact, in my case, is the dipped light casting too little light in front of the bike. I know people install fog lights and use them as low beams in standard riding conditions yet this is not the true and legalny sound use of fog lights + other riders/drivers coming from opposite lane can end up blinded.

@@block672008 I think they technically are foglights with high beams in the same casing. I have them on all the time as well, they really don´t blind oncoming traffic because the cutoff line is phenomenal, hence the projector lense. They are really bright and I can´t even see my H4 beam on the road anymore with these things turned on. The high beam is in addition to that. The low beam always stays on. Would really recommend them

@@Watson2108 thanks for your clarification on these. I am in real need for something casting more light in standard mode - had two potentially fatal occurences last season that I would really tend to avoid if could and more light on the roadside would really suit me. Though my local MOT station defend the way I cannot really install anything that goes beyound my bike's type approval. Now we all know this is a sheer theory as it comes to the motorbykes but still would prefer something that doesn't cost me a fine travelling e.g. accross Europe.

@@block672008 These will definitely serve that purpose. No rabbits or deers can hide anymore at the side of the road. Other road users respect you a lot more and give you more space and no one pulled out on me since I had the lights. They are legal in the entirety of the EU and I'd guess in the UK too. You technically shouldn't have them on all the time at least in Germany but here it's only a fine of 10€ that's rarely enforced

Hi, this strap is attached to the tank ring counterholder (which is screwed to the tank bag) and threaded through to the inside of the tank bag and inserted into the clips. This strap is needed to remove the tank bag from the motorcycle quickly and easily. However, it is NOT required specifically for this tank bag with strap attachment. There is a production-related reason why the strap is included in this version, as we also have a version of the Epic 11 for tank ring usage in our range. 🙂 Happy christmas and a happy new year to you, too!

Hi, I'm very sorry, we have a different upper crash bar for the normal 1050 (this one here: www.hepco-becker.de/Motorschutzbuegel-schwarz-fuer-Suzuki-V-Strom-1050-2023/5013550-00-01). Unfortunately we don't know whether the OEM lower crash bar will fit :-( We only had the model without OEM crash bars in development.

Hi, not, all top loader cases can't be open while top case is mounted. Only the ones which can be opend to the side (for example Junior side cases) are possible. But the combination of them would not look great, because Junior is plastic and xplorer is alu.

Hi! The xplorer series has only one black, similar to the Xceed Black. Xceed has a "deep" Black and the other one called "Jet Black", which has a little brown toning in it. I've just looked in our online shop, but I don't see any ‘Black 2’. Where did you see that, then I'll have a look and have it corrected.

do you think its okay for 170cm rider? I know there is a low seat making 790mm seat height and you can even lower more with lower suspension to 760mm

Hi! Yes, the Alurack is compatible with the Xplorer TC60 :-) We only have developed the C-Bow holder for side luggage, so the Xplorer cases will not fit on them. But if you like to have a aluminium case for the side, we also offer a set for the C-Bow holder. Hi! You have to buy it separately, because the basic tank ring is model specific. So you have to check, if we have a tank ring for your model first. Hi, I'm sorry. For the CB1000R we only have a C-Bow holder in our range. no side case carrier which is needed for the xplorer side cases.
