Welcome back to the channel, I first of all apologise for the lack of and frequency of the past episodes, I honestly have no excuses but I will say its mainly happened because of car season ending, I just didn't have the motivation like I did at the start of summer but I'm trying to get back into it all, recently started hitting the gym again, and getting life back on track.
