The Spider-Man dress gives Snow White vibes as well somehow, which is fun. I think it's because of the puff shoulders and how both characters use blocks of Primary Colours, even though Spidey doesn't have any yellow. Could you sew a brooch back onto the underside of Pascal's tail? Also, maybe snaps under his feet with other snaps sewn to your dress - although if you're doing that level of alteration, you might as well use basting stitches to temporarily sew him on.

There's definitely a case to be made for fairies interfering with humans purely for entertainment - with the lifespan differences and the power differences, humans are almost like video game characters to fairies. The stepsisters were subjected to magical wrath in the Grimm version! They get their eyes pecked out by birds while watching Cinderella and the Prince's wedding parade. Of course, in that version, there *is* no Fairy Godmother (she's from the Perrault version). Cinderella gets the dress and shoes from her actual mother, delivered by the birds that perch on the hazel or juniper tree which Cinderella planted over her grave. Also I don't think anything specific actually happens to the stepmother? Which is weird considering how gory those stories could get.

The great thing about black-and-white stripes is that they can be restyled, not just as Beetlejuice, but also Jack Skellington (admittedly that's more black with white pinstripes) or Katerina von Tassel. The embroidered beaded beetles are fabulous, as is the sandworm puppet 'boa'!

Cute! I especially love the Spiderman one. The sleeves and the red lace were such nice touches.
