Yeah I heard from the guy behind the counter, I forgot his name, that you did a beta where you skip the sloper. But I wanted to learn how to use it as I think I am quite bad at using slopers. So... I took on the challenge 😅

We differ in opinion then 😅 The black is not that hard, but I did find it rather scary and had difficulty finding good position to continue moving to the 2nd hold after start. But yes, the other black will take some time getting through the start, that one is way harder. Though the ending is fun and strong man 🦾

I found the first white quite easy, figured out pretty quick you had to go a bit more to the left because on my first try, my beard brushed the yellow hold and I got fearful of it. So I figured i'd place my foot further left and aim to catch with right hand being dominant, and it actually stuck pretty easy. Yeah this weeks routes don't feel hard, but are good puzzles which honestly I enjoy quite a bit. The 7b black I think I have figured out now after spending like... 7 hours on it, 5 of which yesterday xD. I think I know how now... just need to grow back some skin to do it

I honestly need to give credit to Tesse for figuring out the start of this black, I was trying to do some dynamic swing/jump thing, and he said "cant you just jump in between and then touch the start" which I altered a little to this solution. Worked very well. and yeah I was wondering if you would do that other white... my god, they made it really nasty this set. I even thought the slab pink was honestly very scary (the ending). The other black, the start of it, is very doable, but that last move... yeah... I've leave those 2 routes for other people to solve. This feels beyond what I want to do.

Yeah this was really a set made for me, the new black was very simple for me but allot of fun. The builders said it was supposed to be more dynamic in the first move, they said it was easier that way, to me it feels more difficult, but also more fun. The semi-static approach I did I think is the easier one if you can manage that. And yes, very happy with finally finishing the previous black :D I don't know why, but I could just suddenly hold onto the 3rd triangle last time.

Yeah the campusing keeps getting more insane xD, this white was indeed hard, but it is mostly the jump that has a weird trick to it. Your chest has to be facing up a little. It may only result in a slight difference, but its that little thing that changes the experience from "barely possible" to "possible" :P

I was scared shitless doing that route. But in the end, it was alright. But my guy, i saw you did the overhang white. How did you manage it? It was so hard for me to do. I really had to give it my all to be able to reach the big block

@@daveyvantilburg23 I had mostly same beta, but instead of matching the small pinch (the one before the big block), I went briefly to the bad hold just below using it as an intermediate before jumping to the big block with my left hand. It's a bit weird because you have to immediately release the heel hook.

Yeah such a weird guy 😋 luckily the guy who was going to climb the mint when I was doing the 7A heard my yell. Would not have wanted to pause on that module 😵

I think the black is very length dependent, if you are taller I think it will take allot of effort to do my beta. And yes... the white being 6c is insane, I think I gave it a vote of 7a

Honestly I was kind of afraid of it by the way it looked. But i figured it out quite quickly. Apart from the very first move, I keep rotating out... so, maybe next week :) And for the white, yeah I found an odd solution because I could not hold on to the 2nd blue pill at all. So looked for a way to skip it

Its a tough set for me :/ costs allot of skin of my hands to try it seems so slow progression

Pulley ringvinger rechterhand. Zeurt al een maand erg hard en moet deze niet belasten. Dus vermeid alle randjes en slopers... liefste klim ik wel door, maar dan alleen op wijs/middel vingern van rechterhand

Ik vind delftsbleau niet per se moeilijker in de uitvoering van een route, maar vaak veel lastiger te lezen. Waardoor het in eerste instantie moeilijk lijkt. Oftewel, veel technischer dan wat ik ervaar in Revolt bijv. Maar allebei leuk op hun eigen manier :)

Hell yeah, was a good day

Elke upload zijn routes die lukken op dezelfde dag. Uploads op de woensdag/donderdag kan je van uit gaan dat die zijn van de nieuwe set bij Revolt en lukken dus dezelfde dag. Andere dagen zijn sporadisch, van projecten in Revolt tot een bezoekje bij een andere hal :)
