Why I do juicing, and why you should do it too!
Fruits and vegetables are good for us, and we can all do with enjoying more fruits and vegetables. But what if you just don't eat certain fruits and vegetables because you don't like the taste or texture? This is where juicing comes in to play - helping you to increase your fruits and veggies intake to keep you healthier!

tl;dr: Yes juicing does remove Fiber. I haven't heard anybody say that juicing is removing *all* the fiber.
Health problems can be humbling to say the least. I am going to learn about the pulp. That is a lot of wasted fruit to throw out right?
I bought a juicer but I want to eat the pulp like jam😄. Gross cause it's seems digested for sure. But is this really bad? And what about the nutrients in the pulp?

The gut doesn’t absorb it because that not the purpose of fiber. The function of fiber is pushing waste out of the colon
In listening to the anti-juicers in the medical community, it's not that the fiber is being removed, rather that the fiber is being stripped from the fructose and rendering it harmful to liver and cell function etc.

How. Much vit d do u take
Hi! As vit D is fat soluble, please speak with your doctor to have the vit D level checked with a blood test. Only then should you consider to take a vit D supplement. So it all depends on what your current vit D level is, and if you have exposure to sunlight (which is the best source for your body to create vit D). If you take in more that what you need, you risk having too much vit D, which can have negative health consequences. So please speak with your doctor about it.
