Guys. Dr. Eggman is 213 cm (7 feet) tall and weighs 128 kg (282 lbs). Even thought he is not really muscular you can take in consideration the size and weight and its normal knowledge that fat people are surprisingly strong. So we can say that eggman physical strenght is probably pretty above the average.

The difference between Snively Robotnik and Dr Starline is their characters. Snively is a coward who hides behind a bigger power stronger than him and has no goal other than surpassing his uncle. Starline is an eccentric egomaniac who had similar traits to Eggman and wanted to emulate and later surpass him. The difference is in their defeat. Snively was not only beaten by his former boss, he was humiliated, discarded and replaced by a mechanical copy of his and he was left broken in a cell. All alone. With no one noticing his predicament except for Robotnik. With Starline, he wasn’t just physically broken, but mentally as well. He was defeated knowing that his idol whom he thought was a bumbling fool, defeated him in a shocking twist and realized that he is no fool.
