I visited Shinjuku, Kofu, Lake Suwa and Matsumoto, taking JR Chuo Line, which is well-known for its beautiful scenery. What day is that in january? is there still a snow mid january? planning to go there in january and I wanna see the snow
The date I took this video is January 25, 2023. And here some tips from me, living in Kyoto for 25 years. We've had heavy snow about 15 times or something in my lifetime, but somehow they all were in January, so January is definitely the best month to see snow in Kyoto. We have snow on the ground (like this video) once or twice a year, but it sadly melts in a few days because it's not so cold in Kyoto. All I can say is that... it depends on luck, and of course I wish you best of luck.⛄️
