Have you tried lidocaine infusions for your pain?

I've been toying with the idea of getting myself one of these kits for a while now, thank you for showing this fascinating demo!! Once you'd filed it down and applied the gel polish, it looked really good. I use gel nail polishes on my natural nails but it doesn't tend to stay on for very long...Maybe it's because I don't file the top layer of my nails first before applying the polish? Even after watching your demo, i'm still really tempted to give it a go 😊😊 xoxo

Food issues are so hard. I’ve had eating issues (dieting and bulimia) for years but meditation and hypnosis has gotten me over the worst of it. Now I’m just working on intuitive eating. Good for you taking the bull by the horns. It’s so freeing to not have to hide food issues from the people around me.

It's fantastic to see the difference in you during the weeks we've been working together. We always have a laugh in our sessions too. I just wanted to say that it's not that it's worn off, you need to use the visualisations and techniques I showed you to reinforce the work we've done. With the pain it's so important that you listen to your body, so using the Parts Therapy to ask your body what it needs. If you don't listen to your body it will start to shout louder and it does that through pain. Thank you for sharing this video and I'm looking forward to the update 😊

I'm so glad videos like this exist nowadays. I have theown numerous pots and tubes of paint away over the years because of them drying out like that and never knew all it would have taken was some water and patience to breathe new life into them again!! Thank you for sharing this with us. Oh and, I LOVE your altered tin video. That sort of crafting is right up my street and I loved every second of watching you putting it all together from beginning to end like that. LOL, your rambling is one of the things that drew me to your Vlogs in the first place! Don't you dare change!!!! Faceache is a real pain in the butt for putting things into review in the fbk shop. I eventually closed mine down because they just kept holding everything in review for weeks on end before publishing them so it used to really mess with my new releases schedules etc! xx

These are lovely and the fabric covers will be really good for allowing them to expand for those who like to fill their planners with other things like pictures and extra notes etc. Shell's design looks awesome in those pastel tones and turned into fabric (as does yours, of course) 😍💖

LOVED it, I am a sucker for a good plan with me video 😊 I'm really bummed that I haven't got around to doing mine yet, I was all set to do my layouts for my new exercise routines then my GP told me to hold off on exercising until I've had my bloods and ECG on the 26th 🤨 No point doing the layouts at the moment as I might need to alter them depending on the outcome of both test results 😔 I am LOVING my dry wipe board though and I use it all the time 👌😊 xoxo
