Any ideas on how to fix Mcr 112 Crystal Chandelier Light!?

Should we hang crystals first and then mount the chandelier to ceiling or should we hang crystals after mounting the frame on ceiling? Like for high celing it would be difficult to hang crystals in the end?
We suggest you hang crystals after mounting the frame on ceiling. Because once the crystals are hung up, the whole chandelier will become very heavy, which is very difficult to hang whole chandelier on the ceiling (moreover, the crystals might befall down when we moved the whole chandelier). And I know that we usually will rent scaffolding to installing a chandelier for pretty high ceiling, which allows us to install the crystal as easily as standing on the ground.
