However I tried to 1 shot his 2nd form with Hadoken it doesn't work/connect so you still need to use Rolling Shield on Sigma's 2nd form to kill him that way.

Idk your experience with the game but there’s ways to make stages easier. If you defeat the right boss before. I forget the order, but when i play, spark mandrill never has those live wires.
