I returned it just didn't get loud enough for me. I had the XB-43 before this and same thing. I love Sony but the speakers just don't get loud enough.

I’m returning it today. I love Sony products they sound amazing just not loud enough. For almost $500 this thing should be really loud.

Hey man, just bought one yesterday and i charged all night and still is on the charger with the green light blinking, is that normal? Another this i notice is i couldnt update the software when i opened out of the box, cause even though it says 70% after trying to update would die and turn off. Any clues,or deffective product?
When you charged it was the flap closed? If so I would unzip them vest and make sure the flap is not connected and try charging again. Once it’s fully charged then try updating the firmware with your phone right next to the vest, let me know if that works
@@Pmason718 Did that, and actually says that my battery is not charged, and than gives me a contact customer service warning. Another thing it turns off by itself after like 1 min on.

Nice video thanks one question I saw another air bag jacket with a attachment that you attach to the bike so if you fall off it inflates does this work like that also if not how does it know when to inflate and how do you like the jacket since it's been a month with use?

I received mine from Revzilla last week too. I have a large, very comfortable. I’m 5’9 195, the Large fits just right, just the right amount of Stretch. 👍

Yes there is a push button that turns the speakers on and off

Nvicto Cepero The speakers are not heavy and I feel like they look bigger in video than in person. I have these on my Z125 which has a stock exhaust and I can still here them with the engine running. I would not install these on a Harley or any type of motorcycle with a loud exhaust. I was going to do a installation video but changed my mind, the speakers sound good I do wish they were a notch or two louder

I hate online reviews from people who don't know that the buttons do because they thought it was too hard to read the friggin user guide. Pathetic.
And I hate people that don't read the description why don't you read the manual. I was one of the first ones with the remote so I didn't know what all the buttons did at the time and even if I did this video wouldn't be relevant bc with the firmware update the buttons changed slightly, so what one button use to do it no longer does. It's people like you that do nothing but complain appreciate the video it the object was to show how much room left hand would have with the remote installed
+Pmason718 Pure laziness. Don't tell me that the user guide didn't state what those bottoms were for. OMG. And we're not looking for a review of the future firmware unknown. A review that tells you where the volume knob is. Great !!

hey dude, just got this and finding that it doesnt function the same as the user guide says... On mine, the front button seems to be the intercom button while the rear button seems to be the phone button. Does yours work that way? thanks
dafobra No it doesn't. Do a factory reset and try everything all over again. Press all the buttons at the same time for 1 sec (front, back, and joystick)
Pmason718 thanks. I have tried that a few times, but still the buttons work just as I said.. so your front button works your phone? If I push the joystick in, it doesnt do anything.. intercom only comes on when I press the front button... weird right

dafobra Hey I just left Sena website and noticed that if your using the 20S with firmware version 1.4.1 than the buttons have been changed from the documentation that shipped with the handle bar remote. The documentation is based off of firmware version 1.4 as far as the buttons go.

Thanks for the reply. I have the 20s, but pg40 in my user guide refers to intercoms. I know how to place the remote into pairing mode but how does the 20s connect?
Use the 20S user guide from there website not the one that came in the box with the headset. You will also need to update the firmware on the 20S to 1.4 which is currently the latest one available.
That was it, the guide doesn't indicate there is a "remote pairing" function. I got it, thanks, I was getting very frustrated.
Did you update your firmware? How do you like the remote so far?
I updated the firmware when I got it yesterday, but have not yet ridden with it. I rode 500ish miles yesterday and the remote came in the mail when I was gone. Just testing it I liked it, but I'll have to ride before I can pass final judgement.
