Google around m8 headless. You can then run a cheap linux handheld (like an ambernic) and be all in under $100. A perfect way to get your feet wet and decide if you wanna jump in.

I made these drum samples in Logic Pro. They’re from a stock electronic drum patch. I just processed them a bit. On the M8 I think they’re pitched up slightly and are turned up a bit too loud ;)

The project for this track is on my bandcamp, you can go through it to see how it’s done. I’ve also done a walkthrough of this track on my YT which will hopefully help :)

Thanks! I have envelope triggers on most instruments that duck the volume whenever the kick or snare triggers. It’s like side chaining. I’ll do a walkthrough or tutorial at some point :)

Yep I’m definitely gassing one but think I’ll stick with the og for now, but the battery and the mic for me would be nice for sure. Screen definitely not bad either. 👀
