CPU 4400mhz Ram 3200mhz cl12 Ring ratio 3600mhz RTX 3060 TI The benchmarks are done at max settings with low resolution to avoid gpu bottleneck.

Try to run the ram at 2133. If that works then you need to raise system agent voltage (offset + 0.05 to 0.1) to run 2400mhz.

Have you faced bottleneck and if yes then how severe it is? It seems like this E5-2060v3 and rtx 2060 go well together
It is a great combo. In verry single core dependent titles, it can bottleneck a little. But it is not to severe. Farvet is one of the worst examples, an you can still get around 60 fps.
i have ddr4 8gb x4 xmp 3200 with this motherboard and i7 5960x, when i set 2400 mhz its often doesn't boot, stuck at b7 post code, but when boot its dont have any memory errors, my timings are ok, when i use 2133 everything booting fine

AFUDOS 3.05.04 works on this Motherboard, you dont need a Programmer. 3.05.04 is the only working Version

Yes its turbo unlocked. It is just a cheapo ali express motherboard with only dual channel memory.

The games will run about 10 - 20% lowet fps if all 18 cores is active as the boost frq. Goes down.

You can, but you are limited to 150watt if you dont unlock the bios or use intel xtu.
I have the same dual CPUs but with ASRock EP2C612 WS. I must say your R15 score is higher than mine because of 2 reasons: I haven't changed the BIOS for allcore turbo clocking, 2- I am running it from a remote desktop setting. Otherwise it is a beast. I think I will enjoy it for a while. My motherboard takes max RAM speed 2133mhz sadly (128gb). What about your RAM ?
2133mhz 128gb. Xeon E5 2690 v3 cant go any higher. No dual or quad xeno e5 v3 can do higher ram speed.

Hello. How did you overcome TDP limitation on this motherboard? I saw you comenting on Craft Computing's channel who failed to overclock 1660 V3 because of TDP. YOUR CPU SEEMS TO BE HOLDING 4.2 GHZ. I have the same bios on my Kllisre x99 d8 mobo. I wonder if I should buy 1660 v3 and try to overclock it or stay with 2678 v3 with turboboost unlock.
I used intel xtu in this video. But have later romoved the current limit with a bios mod. I threw a massage on craft computings video to explain how i did👍😄
Here is my massage: EASY! SOLVED! Edit bios with amibcp5 - advanced PM tune - program PP0_curt_cfg_ctrk_msr. Set all under this to access/use to USER. Then you have acces - flash bios - then go to bios. Set PP current_cfg_ctl Ovrd to MANUAL then set Current Config to Enable then set Current Limitation to 2048.... Then Blow up VRM ... Or set watt limit to about 220 watt(long and short) in SOCKT RAPL Config -- please do this :).. And please do a shout out :) Have fun.

it was on mine. but only xeons that can overclock is 1650 1660 1680 v3.
