Measuring the Business Benefits of SAFe
Technology leaders and change agents often struggle to communicate the value of SAFe to business stakeholders, which can stall transformations and inhibit innovation. This session will explain how to align senior leaders across the organization, connect transformation strategy to business strategy, and leverage SAFe to achieve measurable business (and mission) results that matter to executives.
