Hey, my name is Teurai (aka "Tee"). I'm 44 and a Zimbabwean woman in Australia! I'm a certified Fitness Trainer & Holistic Health Coach who provides Online Exercise and Nutrition programs. I've trained clients in the US, Canada, Europe and Africa. I once got to do my awesome work sailing around the world on a luxury cruise ship for 9 months! I have 5 Amazon published books. I also founded a charity in Zimbabwe in 2011 for underprivileged cancer patients - the Elizabeth Chanakira Cancer Trust, after my mum Elizabeth died from cancer in 2010.

CHRISTIAN Fast: how to do a workout routine, what & when I eat and how I fast
Most of you asked me to do a video on HOW to exercise whilst on a Christian fast. To help you - I'm telling you how I fast, how I workout (reasonably) and healthy meals I eat when I break my fast. Please note that these tips DO NOT apply to those on an Esther fast i.e. not eating/drinking at all for several days at a time.
WHAT IS a Christian fast? A fast for spiritual reasons (NOT for dieting) where one focuses on not eating for a certain number of hours per day and turns instead to more prayer, as one example of a spiritual activity.

Hi beautiful, I am suffering from breast simple cyst , fibroids in uterine and now ovary cyst or endometriosis , possibly endo as my recent scan says . What should I do in this situation ? Plz do reply plzzzz🙏
@Fromsonyaeyes123 hi Sonya I'm so sorry to hear of your diagnoses. Sending you warmest wishes on this journey which I know you can get through. The first thing is to have an in-depth discussion with your gynaecologist to understand it all + your options. It's an individual decision as to which route to go + you can always see a counsellor too if you need a professional space to air out your thoughts before you decide.🙏🏾

How many days in hospital after surgery? And do you bleed like a c section bleeding after surgery? Is there any otc must buy medicine after abdominal mymomectomy
I have osteoporosis so I am not allowed to bend to pick weights....any alternatives please
@khadijatajmohd3144 hi Khadija good question. Could you pick up weights you can manage from a higher place at home eg if you put them on a table then lift them? OR other options⬇️ - for the move where it's the carries you can do a high row instead OR - leave out the carries + do just the standing moves. The fly + row can be done whilst seated on a chair as an alternative. Hope this helps you. Feel free to ask if unsure.

I got up to go to the gym this morning for the first time in ages. There was no 5 am class today, unbeknownst to me, probably because it was Labor Day, a public holiday, here in the States. I came back home and still had time before my morning appointments to work out so I joined you today, here in this video and it was great! I think I will make this a regular practice on days that I "don't have time to work out." This was great. Thank you so much.

Some moves which increase pain in the womb or stomach area, by placing alot of pressure + increasing blood flow there. The increased blood circulation can also cause further fibroid growth/increase fibroid size. ♥️NOTE: EVERY WOMAN'S JOURNEY is individual, so if you're doing these moves with no pain - carry on. Also as you heal over time, you may be able to do them with minimal to no pain. The KEY is to listen to your body, pain levels and adjust accordingly.

If using on thighs + butt, do circular motions upwards on side, front, back thighs + butt x 3. Can be used on any skin area/trouble spot. Do not use on areas with skin allergies, eczema etc.

Exercises do 2 sets x 10-12 of each move, two to three times/week ensuring you leave at least a one day break in between. The castor oil relief and epsom salts can be done up to three times/week.
It's important to do correct technique for exercises to e.g. avoid injury, target the right body parts/muscles you're trying to work, you get faster results - more effective. www.fitnesstoatee.com.au
Ingredients: 1/4 - 1/2 frozen banana Hand size blueberries OR mix of blueberries & cherries Handful mixed leafy greens or spinach 2 tspns mesquite powder 2 tspns cacao powder 1 tspn vanilla protein powder (plant based if you can get it) 1 tspn honey (optional) 100-200ml lactose free milk or any other dairy free milk you like e.g. soy, almond etc 300-500ml water/ice
