670ft FPV Drone Follow Flights | Disc Golf
Hope you enjoy this video! Took place months back at Ellison Park, courtesy of Scott Diamond as the pilot.
I was also joined by Thomas Mariano, and together we were able to take turns at this shot which tests strength, ability to read wind, and ability to control the angle & path of your disc at range. Throwing downhill is one of the most fun things about this game, and I hope you take the chance at throwing shots like this when given the opportunity.
The inspiration for this shot was simply the idea of capturing an ace of epic proportions. This Safari Hole from near the teepad of Hole 5 all the way to 10s basket, is a great position to try this out. 670ft to the basket from our vantage.
More drone content to come, but I want to start putting out more long form content such as this & I have quite a lot of it in store, so here's a go.

@Ndojebvsusinshshussn the distance stats are all over the place with techdisc. Half the time it would read 30ft. The farthest one it read was 465ft on a 70.5mph throw

@@Ndojebvsusinshshussn I think the problem in this case was the space was cramped & I didn't have enough space to release the disc with 2-3ft of space before it hit the net - so it could read certain stats but was struggling with others. They're updating the app & tech continuously
