The invention of these dang horrid slide clamps with groove and flang crap is absolutely retarded and I hate them with a passion...I have a giant laundry shelving unit, that I really need, and I'm supposed to be putting together with these stupid plastic things and I can't freaking make them stay in place when slidding the shelf over them it's driving me absolutely mad right now

i need this for a dorm room mini fridge. Can I assemble it with no shelves at the bottom? I just need three shelves from the middle to the top?

What the heck... I must be stupid or something

I was running into issues with the clamps sliding as I was trying to assemble top to bottom and then just flip over when finished. But once I started from bottom to top it was much easier. Also the clamps will slightly slide when putting them on but make sure to hear a click as it should snap into the inch mark grooves. Hope this helped

I have two of these and put together with no problem. I’ve had them for years , but now would like to enclose the units as they hold paint and crafting supplies. Any suggestions?

It helps to lay it on it’s side to put the shelves on if you try to do it standing up the bracket fall off

Shopping for this stuff as the end customer: Manufactures should make more dimensions of this stuff available in White epoxy finish. 18" is really deep for most potential residential use and white is a really popular choice in other home furnishings. I find it really odd that there are no 14"x48" or 16"x48" NSF wire shelving in white epoxy on the market. Make that frustrating. Would have appeal for more residential uses.

The black clamps are not gonna be fully closed together ..there will be a gap and that’s so the shelf can fit snug when you push it down..if that make sense

The unit is difficult to put together in the locking mechanism doesn’t lock. The shelving kept sliding down. Save your money and find something more sturdier.
