    YOU are a very nice person, and you are right!, just apply your philosophy to yourself. Don't worry about helping others, that will get you no-where and really hurt you in the long run, help yourself, focus that natural propensity you have for kindness and love onto improving your own situation and the people around you that are receptive and deserve it. The people you are trying to help that are calling you negative will stab you in the back. Self Love and mindfulness without becoming narcissistic is key. Put yourself first, define and enforce your values and boundaries. As an abused adoptee I became a people pleaser like you and I put others first, thinking karma would protect me and reward me, huge mistake. You are enough! You have the ability to use logic and reason and the people that are telling you that you are negative don't, they are emotional morons and many may be self absorbed narcissists. They are actually lower than you, you are not lower than they. They only have "strength of will" they use to enforce their backward thinking onto the unaware. Raise "your strength of will" and you will succeed in rising above their actual negativity.

    Nice. So on the hypertrophy days, should you rest 3-5 minutes? Also should i be ramping uo the weight every set or lift with the same weight for every set? What do you think because brandon wasnt specific about this.

    They are and they were from Levi's website. They fit okay at first but even after wearing them a few times with no washes (to really get them loose) my legs seem to just swell up and fill of the thighs to where I can't really sit down or crouch comfortably. I read that they made them skinnier in spring and there have been many complaints. My thighs are just over 26" each now and quite vascular even at ~18-20% BF The waist is super loose on all of the 569s.
