I’m in my third month into my locs journey with relaxed hair. My hair is kinda budding now. Don’t regret it at all. It’s just amazing to see your natural hair come alive like you understand what your hair does and doesn’t respond to. Instead of having it closed in a protective hairstyle. I’m still in the ‘ugly phase’ rn. But I never felt so confident.
