@Artgallery00008 hmm, perhaps you can try: 1. Redmi Pad Pro + Redmi Smart Pen (buy separately). 2. Honor Pad 9 + Honor Magic Pencil 3 (bundle with charging stick, you need that to connect). 3. Xiaomi Pad 6 + Xiaomi Smart Pen 2nd Generation (buy separately). Do note that this is cheap now because the new Pad 7 has launched. Try to wait and see what's the price for the new iPad 11th Generation which should launch soon. You may want to put that into consideration as well if it is within your budget.

@@jurigjikaj4054 no, from what I have tested on the default note app (using M4 iPad Pro), the alternatives do not seem to support pressure sensitivity, or at least, do not shows the same results as the original Apple Pencil Pro.

@@alifaiqa you have the links? I have third magnetic keyboard for Huawei MatePad SE and I don’t find it to be exceptional, just good enough.

@@rimateologo443 just a normal usb c cable. And you CAN’T connect Redmi Pen with Xiaomi Pad 6, they are not compatible with each other. This is how Xiaomi force you to buy different stylus for different tablets, which is absurd.

@@bandumeow588 yes, so far I don’t see any alternative stylus. Yes, you can put your wrist on the table if you use Redmi Smart Pen. It has palm rejection.

@@ahmedsifat119 try find a Huawei or Honor charging stick. Third party charging stick may not work. Honor Pad 9 Chinese ROM confirmed support Honor Magic Pencil 3 on their website.

@YKGadgets2862 thank you for your response I'm not entirely sure which apps people have used for android (apple and Procreate are the usual ones you see but it's locked to iOS) but the videos I have seen they just record the pen on the screen as they draw curves lines usually. You can see the lag between the tip of the pencil and the screen showing what was drawn, Android devices tend to be enough milliseconds behind the movement of the pen and it can be a little distracting. Thanks again!

@ hmm let’s just say Magic Pencil 3 is not the best pen I have used so far. lol. However, without proper testing tool, just based on “feeling”, Huawei M-Pencil 3rd Generation seems quite responsive and has less latency with their NearLink technology. Do note that NearLink is not the same as Bluetooth, so older M-Pencils (Gen 1 & 2) will rely on Bluetooth. Huawei flagship tablets should come with GoPaint (alternative to ProCreate) and you may want to go to a Huawei showroom to try things out. As we all may know, Huawei chips aren’t the best and the price is quite steep. They are also running Harmony OS and this can be a dealbreaker for some. But if you can wait and land yourself a good deal, such as stock clearance, then you can consider it. I will suggest you to try it out at a Huawei showroom near you to get a feel of how it is, and whether it suits your taste.

@wonwonriize if your one is global version I think it should be compatible with Honor Magic Pencil 3. In Malaysia I don't think they sell the nibs (I guess), as it is not listed on their website. But then I will just get straight from China ecommerce site if I ever need one, either third-party ones or original one.

@Nayvixs is it well-connected magnetically? If yes, make sure your tablet is powered on with sufficient power to charge it. Set it aside for awhile to charge the pencil to make sure it has at least some battery in it. Also, check and make sure Bluetooth is turned on on the tablet itself?

@@Manel-df9yb universal stylus is just a replacement of finger, and you can use it on most modern phones or tablets. However, I do not recommend it as I feel it is not intuitive enough to write or draw.

@@zodiacfamily4529 just place at the top of the tablet like in the video, then it will start to charge. It draws power from the tablet itself. Alternatively, you can get its magnetic cable (either comes as a bundle or sold separately), connect that cable to a usb-c power output, then connect the pencil magnetically to the cable and start charging.

@francus1768 yea that’s the place I bought it from. But it really depends on your location, buying from taobao is easy for me in Malaysia, but may not be as easy for you if you live elsewhere. If Amazon or AliExpress is more common at your location, then you may consider those platforms instead.

@ not sure what you mean by palm gestures, but if you mean palm rejection, then yes, it has palm rejection with Honor Pad 9. You can put your palm on the screen while drawing.

@@mohamedabdo-dl9dd Honor magic Pencil 3 by default doesn’t come with the charger, you have to buy the set that bundles it with a magnetic charger. For Honor choice Pencil, it does not come with charger as well, but you can just use any usb c charger to charge it.

@ I just get the Bluetooth mouse into pairing mode and then scan for the device under Bluetooth devices on the Redmi Pad SE 8.7.

@@omkarmuley2556 you can probably use usb hub with usb c. In my case, I use usb dock for asus rog ally or any similar handheld pc.

@ Honor Choice Pencil is the cheaper one that only works on Honor Pad 9. Honor Choice Pencil is the default stylus for Honor Pad 9. Honor Magic Pencil 3, in this case, is the alternative option, as it is not the default pencil. As far as I know, these are 2 pencils that are supported on Honor Pad 9. I don’t think they are any other options other than these two.

@@summm4075 universal stylus can use on any capacitive touch screen, but it is not nice to use at all. It basically just replaces your fingers, and it is impossible to write naturally because there is no palm rejection.

@YKGadgets2862 its working. But palm rejection is not working. But in samsung tab, the palm rejection of levono pencil is working. I am understanding, is there any feature to turn on the palm rejection.

@@tirthadatta25 as far as I know, there is no way to turn on palm rejection. It really depends on the stylus protocol supported by the Android variant that is installed. That's how they force consumers to buy their own so-called proprietary stylus at a crazy price. Accessories and spare parts are their cash cows.

@ yea, it works, but if possible, I will get Honor Magic Pencil 3. I am afraid that further software updates might cause M-Pencil no longer working on Honor Magic Pad 2 (although I hope not).
