Cutting off scrap after plasma run.

I've been giving some thought to having so much scrap material around here. Just having sharp pointy parts sticking off of it. You know tons and tons of sheets that I need really cut down and get rid of the excess that's no good. Stuff I can't use. This is just something I've been thinking about doing. so I figured after my cut, I ll make a cut off of the scrap.

Just something that a lot of people starting out, and even some more advanced people, may find useful. Just naming your tool paths rather specific will help you find the path in question easier, especially if you have problems with the machine run and have to find the exact line to start back again.

Hey I have been needing this video. I'm struggling wrapping ,my head around drawing in Fusion. Corel I use for my laser all the time. What is the process to get a drawing from A to B? I tried saving as a DXF and the " inserting DXF " in fusion and its showing an error. Does it have to be a SVG? Thanks

I just got my kit and I'm sure I could follow instructions but I figured I'd see how other people tackle this. OMG - one guy, don't remember the name, kept repeating himself and then repeated what he already repeated some more. Couldn't watch the whole thing. I really appreciate your no nonsense approach.
I was getting Z axis problems after homing and getting the torch in place for cuts. For some reason the machine was only letting Z a half inch of vertical.
Mine gave me lots of problems. I ve disabled it for now.
I made my video based entirely off their installation instructions which I agree could drop a couple of steps. Anyway good video, liked and subscribed!
