@SBN_knowledge it's not allover in DDA's hand .. villagers also need to be supportive .. till now no consortium has made by the DDA.. also villagers are waiting for the approval of LPP.. as it's under manohar lal khattar as of now.. it's not approved yet

Consortium banane ke liye koi aayega nahi......aap logo ko hi aapsi rajamandi se Consortium agreement banana hoga. DDA sirf online portal per inform kar dega or agar aapko doubt hai to aap is address pe ja ke mil sakta hai "Land Pooling Office, Pitampura, Opposite. TV Tower, Delhi-110088".

As per the information that I have received from some of property consultants of that area.The land price has increased in sector-8B but more in LDRA area than LLP area.

On this site dlrc.delhi.gov.in/ you can find detailed view of every Khasra i.e it belongs to Gram sabha,government land ,DDA land and full ownership details of that land.

Wrong information na dein, UER-3 ROAD pushta road se alag banaya jayega , sector 12 and 13 ki side , pushta road Flood and Irrigation department ne apani land par banaya hai, DDA usko nahi le sakti. Aap sector wise map dekhenge toh road ke khasra no. Bhi usmein mentioned hain.

@@lovesarvang6238 Sector-8B do part me divide hai 1.LDRA 2.Land pooling policy part. Land polling policy part me abhi square yard/meter me abhi sale nahi ho rahi. LDRA part me square yard me ho rahi per minimum plot size 1615 sq yard hai

Iska aas pass lag bagh 5-6 sector hai around UER-3/UER-2 vo bhi iss sector ke development ka intezaar kar rhe but all thing depend on Master plan .............per surely 2 saal me iss sector me kaam start ho jayega. Iska around LDRA me too start ho bhi gya hai.

Sir,L-zone me abhi kisi bhi sector me Consortium formed nahi huye hai or kisi bhi project ko Hari jhandi nhi mile hai....so,be vigilant before investing in any project.

Ye green belt me nahi aata......it comes under zone-M and zone-H
