Best performance ever!

The Moxie performance is hands down my favorite trick that ever seen on this show. The absolute shock on their faces is priceless.

It fooled me. Magic is real and I’m happy to be entertained and fooled. I’m happy just being blissfully stupid to how it’s done.

I believe in magic. I am blissfully fooled and entertained. 👍

10:38 - Doesn't the title "Card Tank" sound a bit too much like the Houdini-esque escape-trick in which Teller perished? I'm surprised he didn't stand up and run out of the theater in fear of losing his life again. It always amazed me who that the phone-boot-sized water-tank in which Teller's de'ad body showed up so many times with a playing-card didn't get suppressed by OSHA (along with the buzz-saw that was fat'al to so many showgirls (or the same very patient and possibly unjustifiably optimistic showgirl on multiple occasions)).

10:04 - It maybe distressing that Sanjeev Vinodh had a bunch of rac'ist people from India writing in saying how good it made them feel that someone who "looked like them" (i.e., was Indian, at least by a lot of ancestry) had accomplished something, the implication being that if he did NOT look like them (i.e., did not share their ethnic ancestry) then they would not have felt good. But while that's saddening, I'd like to reassure everyone that I'm sure that the vast majority of people living in India are NOT rac'ist bigots and that when they see a magician (or anyone) fail (or succeed) it makes them feel however they feel REGARDLESS of the ethnicity of the person performing the magic, just as the vast majority of people in the U.S.A. don't care in the least bit about the nationality or origins of any magician, whether they're a U.S. citizen or not, we couldn't care less, as long as the magic is great we don't care where your ancestors came from.

The new hostess needs to sue whatever plastic surgeon did that to her face.

At 18:30, THAT guy had one HELL of an act. Maybe it's that I'm a few beers into my evening and the perfect amount of stoned but holy SHIT I really enjoyed that.

38:27 - A trick at the end of the episode to bring the Curtin down on another great broadcast.

32:41 - The cards are put into the box face down, but then magician Vilgot Michelin turns the box over before handing it back to Brooke. After the box is dropped by Brooke, Michelin turns the box over before removing the cards. So now they are face-down again. So, two suspicious moves could've been avoided if Michelin had just allowed the cards to be face-down all the time. The mystery is "Why is it that, to make the trick work, the cards have to be face-up inside the box when the box is dropped?".

34:00 - When magician Vilgot Michelin says "I'll take the cards" Penn says "I'll bet you will", indicating (just a tiny bit smugly or grudgingly) that Penn already sees that the trick will not work if the cards are fanned by Penn or Teller instead of Michelin.

32:14 - That is an amazing drawing. When looking at the playing-card side by side with the real Brooke sitting in the chair, I honestly couldn't tell which one was the real Brooke and which one was the drawing on the playing-card. This magician should abandon magic and just make masterpieces of realistic portraiture.

31:34 - I think this business with the Sharpie is a force that is too obvious. It doesn't give the magician Vilgot Michelin complete freedom to choose ANY card, but when Brooke Burke says "stop" he can descend the pen to a particular card that is within some range. So he can always force the choice to be, say, one of six cards that are stowed in six different ranges.

29:02 - I once saw Vilgot Michelin perform this trick when he'd been awake for 36 hours, and he blew it. That's what happens when Michelin Tires.

30:39 A weakness at 30:39 is that Penn & Teller do not get to inspect ALL of the cards. They are not allowed to inspect the cards that are still held by magician Vilgot Michelin. This may or may not make a difference by the end, I don't know yet. But if at the end there is something that could have been done by Michelin's cards being rigged, we'll think back to this moment and remember that he didn't let P&T inspect ALL the cards.

39:17 - I'm fine with the idea that Teller never put the bill into the lemon, but how it got into Penn's nose is beyond me. I don't see how the trick could have started with Penn having a non-matching bill already up his nose, because there's no path from the tweezers to Katy's gloved hands at which the reverse switch could have been made. Sure, Teller helped her unfold it a bit, but she had already seen the match by then, and I don't think Teller's hands were doing a switch at that point.

25:49 - Penn says at 25:49 that he felt that moving all of the Blue M&Ms to Teller gave Teller "the edge". If Penn really knows how the trick is done, that's code-talk to Matt Barker, because nothing Penn did in terms of dividing up the M&Ms with Teller, or making trades afterwards, affected the point-spread. I mean, Penn COULD have made a different swap that would have changed the score from 7-to-9 into 8-to-10 or into 6-to-8, but with that configuration of M&M's in play, and with the cards lying where they lay, all possible arrangements of the M&Ms would still cause Teller to win by 2 points. When Penn says the die showing the "2" was an electric moment, I think he's code-talking the fact that by some electronic transmission Matt Barker knew what the die was set at, and also knew how the cards were lying, before the opened the M&Ms and used sleight-of-hand to alter the color-distribution in the contents so that a win for Teller by a spread of 2 was inevitable no matter how the candies were distributed. Now, the cards as dealt could just as well have landed so that Penn had Yellow-Green-Blue and Teller had Red-Orange-Brown. In that event, PENN would have been the person who would win by 2 no matter how the candies were swapped around (as long as both players had the same number of candies). Given that, Matt Barker also had to have inside knowledge of the way the cards were lying too. Then at 22:10 when he opens the pack of M&Ms he has to alter the contents so that the distribution of the colors, no matter how P&T divvy them up, creates the inevitable result he wants. It's still a really hard thing to pull off even if he knows the cards and the die, because he has to do the calculations in his mind alone, and his sleight-of-hand in getting the right numbers of colors of each M&M to come out had to be impeccable, and it looked to me like it was.

18:00 - Penn says he knows where doves come from. Duh. Eggs. And where do eggs come from?

Rachel Ling Gordon was great. Such a good patter with the audience. She can go a long way. Give her a few years and if she returns to Fool Us I'm sure she will give Penn & Teller a headache wondering how she Fooled them.😊😅😮😊

I ❤ this FOOL US Magic show because.... There's strict Rules ... which a Magician should pay attention while doing his/her magic tricks performance ... !!!! # ). NO Stooges or NO Assistants... # ). NO Camera tricks are Allowed... ONLY with TRUE TALENTS and SKILLS Magicians step up on this STAGE ... ( FAKE MAGICIANS No matter how famous he/she is... Some don't even come nearby 😰 😅 ). I RESPECT those ALL MAGICIANS who really have GUTS to perform infront of that TWO LEGENDARY MAGICIANS i,e. PENN & TELLER 😊. ( Some get success to FOOLED BOTH.. And Some don't... But They would try harder Next Time ).

1:59 - I hope Joe Monti can earn with magic enough money to take some time to try again with his patent but without taking any financial risks on it. Making our environments more aseptic is a great idea.

2:50 - I've actually met Joe Monti's brother, Trey. Trey C. Monti. I'm not sure what the "C" stands for. If I had to guess, I'd guess it's the surname of their maternal grampa Random (Mr. Random Pickenny "Whotta" Card).

1:43 - "When you're trying to rip somebody off, there's no room for failure. You can get k'illed." MY belief is that when you're trying to rip somebody off, SUCCESS is more likely to get you k'illed. Failing, when you're trying a rip-off, just might save your life.

11:12 - When Matt Donnelly discusses the podcast he does with Penn Jillette, why does he say ONLY Penn participates? I've listened to that podcast, and either Teller is there too or it's someone who sounds just like Teller.

that "fear cage" is collapsable, you can tell from the design how it has "hinges" on every connection. ther's a locking mechanism that keeps it solid, when lock is off, you can turn it into sticks, pull it from right angle it becomes cage again. last move how he made it disappea in his hand, it went between his body and arm, it had line attached to it and he pulled with other hand. it's same principle as making handkerchief disappear, but he took it one step further. Penn's code about other items confirms it aswell. as about the moment where it disappeared inside of bag, it seems like there was something else in front of the bag that appeared like it's a cage, but it wasn't 3D. he sneaked it out. at first he did put the cage into the bag, but then he collapsed it, took it out and replaced it with that imitiation. very smooth tho.

1:40 - I don't know if I'd let my little baby sleep in a crib that Teller built. I could walk into the room and find a dragon where the little baby used to be.

There is no way Russia will give back any land to Ukraine. Don't talk so silly.

2:40 - Jeffrey Wang's work is so easy to explain. He has used a Riemannian Singularity to capture an Discontinuous Vortex of Irregularity in the Space-Time Continuum (something that I carry around in the trunk of my car just in case I need it for some purpose) so that he can carry the in-port and out-port of the Vortex around with him, instantly moving an object from one region of space to another instantly, without it moving through any region of space in-between. I don't know why the audience is so amazed. A child could see through it.
