Honestly, I think why these ‘remixes’ hit so different is mainly because sometimes reprises at end credits are sort of done like this with delayed music and hearing all of my past favorite tunes like this for the first time in ten years slams into me with this nostalgic wave of revisited ‘finality’ that reminds you a time that was once great is forever gone. Kinda amazing and sad listening to your good memories die on a happy note. I love it.
