The brake master cylinder is bolted to the brake booster on that model. The booster helps give power to stop the car better. The booster is vacuum driven so the hose that comes off the booster goes to the intake manifold on a real car. I see those valve covers don't have the breathers on them. They look like they are both for the PCV valves. Basically the PCV valve sucks combustion gases out of the valve covers and tries to reburn those gases again. The PCV valve hooks up the carburetor in a real car. Your doing a great job detailing your kits. I am not trying to tell you how to do it. I only want to tell you what the hoses are for and what they do.

New sub from Spain. Looks good. I have build this one from Revell and later from Tamiya. The tamiya is more expensive but way more detailed and almost falls together. Start October the 1-12 Tamiya version of this kit. And that is magical detailed. So the prize with the detail up set i have spend €350,- . When the wife finds out,she will kill me. But it is my all time favourite porsche, i could not resist it.

Your engine detailing is very good. On the valve covers are things sticking up on them. Those are the engine breathers. Their job is to reuse the blow by. If the kit were authentic there would be a breather on one valve cover and the other valve cover would have the engine oil filler cap. The hose from the breather should go to the air cleaner. In race cars however, they do have a breather on each valve cover and they run the hoses to the exhaust headers with a one way valve attached to the header. The one way valve allows the exhaust blow by to go out with the exhaust but not allow the exhaust gases to come into the engine. Hope this helps you in your future engine details. I really like the way you painted your hood and used those decals. I will be doing mine that way too. Good Job !!!

I think you missed the piece of clear acetate for the windshield. You woll see it in the manual. You have to cut and fit it as well as drill a hole for the mirror.

Nice work a lot of people pain the inner fenders black on old mopars when most where body colorthe under side would be as well but people shot undercoating on them so it works black great looking build

Do you thin your paints if so .how do you do it
Yes I usually do 25-30% thinner to 70-75 paint. The clear tamyia paints sometimes I have to do more thinner depending on how thick it is.
The Jo-han series of 31 Cadillacs had outstanding detail that still holds up today. I love them.
This kit was actually pretty good going together. It was halfway started when I got it. I just to finish and paint it.
