    I am using Starlink about 1.5 year in Ukraine. And it works great. And you can convert it into RV-version yourself.

    Remember to turn off Starlink "snow melt" in the App. I run a small 375W inverter when running just the Starlink as the run current is less than 1/3rd over using the big 3000W inverter. Enjoy your travels.

    Well done on crossing the Nullarbor. A trip I hope to do in the not too distant future as well. So all the info on locations, camp sites, etc is really helping with my own planning. Thank you. 🙂

      Hey thanks mate. Its definately alot easier to cross than what most people put out there. We are heading back over again in the next few months and will be stopping a lot more. There are caves and a sink hole that looks pretty great for a overnight stop or two.

    parcel get sent by private courier ' s to some remote towns.Try wait a month.It's agame of pass the parcel & cant tell where reg mail is.

      We have had a couple of packages bounce around while lost but Aus post helped locate them and we eventually got them. In two years it's only happened a handful of times and its always around Christmas time.

      Tash here - They absolutely love the olive trees and spend most of the time in them eating and resting. There is so much birdlife and bushland here don't let this small bit of a video seem like they have no home.

    Its easier to just keep on with mbps and who gives a $h!t anyway. That's what the app says and that's what everybody quotes. Your phone is the choke point. App was telling you the WiFi signal was not good when it said to move the router to a more central location. Uh, okay been using it for 6 weeks. Your experts at unraveling and rolling up cable and carrying Dishy in and out of the van . . . every bloody day. 🙄 RHS figure is router to satellites. LHS figure is your phone linking to the router. Router was right in front of you so I don't know why it was so pathetic even if it was standing 180 degrees wrong it would be better than that. Try installing the app on the other phone. Hopefully laptop will be better but point router into work area and you probably know this but, router is strictly an indoor device. By the way, you sure did the right thing convincing partner to get Starlink. Safe travels guys!

      so even at 10Mbps thats still fast enough to run youtube or netflix on a tv and maybe both phones without any buffering on 1080p

      just remember Mb is bits MB is bytes internet providers say like 30Mbps and people get confused between the 2 and wonder why speeds are nowhere near as fast as advertised

    Great coverage of Canberra. My dad was also a CPL in the RAAF but from a different generation. I was also on the road and hoping to visit western NSW at that time but everywhere I wanted to go was sadly flooded. So I can certainly understand the predicament you found yourselves in at the end. ☂

    I'm glad you showed us the smaller attractions like Ripleys. They often get forgotten. As I build animatronic creatures myself, my favourite was the tall man that stands up. That was really cool. 🙂
