Love the K5!!! I overland/off-road a 1978 K5 Blazer as well. I love my rig. Definitely unique on the trail in a sea of Jeeps and Toyotas. I'll be following your channel to see your progress.

Awesome K5! Ive been daily driving my K5 as well but mine doesn’t have a LS. Has a rebuilt chevy 350 with a edelbrock top end kit. I want to start over landing as well. I did it with my FJ but ended up selling it. I had a RTT as well but i didnt like it. It makes it top heavy and makes gas mileage worse. I suggest a ground tent a quick pop up like the Gazelle. You can assemble it in 30 seconds. Anyways hope to see more videos.
