@matex600 sound like you got fg on because max fps is around 45 fps so fg would get you 80

Well there is ways to measure resoulitions from consoles but I don't do it yet but you will need a pc and certain programs to count the pixels to measure the res, I got the information for stalker 2 resoulition online but I also used my 500 pc for reference, so I could tell the xbox was rendering around 1080p, this is usually how it goes most xbox and ps5 games set to performance mode is 1080p upscaled to 1440p or 4k but consoles are using dynamic res for there 1080p then upscaled, and the same goes for quality mode but quality mode is usually around a dyanamic 1440p upscaled to 4k , so basically a consoles targets 4k but the quality and performance mode can be looked at as the upscaler preset because on pc we have a quality mode and performance mode for are upscaler and it matches the xbox to a degree so quality fsr/dlss is 1.5x so for 4k that's 1440p then upscaled to 4k, and for performance fsr/dlss is 2.0 so for 4k that's 1080p then upscaled to 4k

I got to upgrade my i9 to a newer i9, I still get high fps, but I can't avoid bottlenecking the rtx 4090 the rtx 4090 needs a brand new cpu and cpus have still not cault up to the 4090 to give the 4090 100 percent usuage

Yea I agree, I got my pc for 800 in 2020-2021 it was a sff pc with a i5 10400f/rtx 3060 I been building and upgrading sense then, so i rebuilt the entire pc over time then a year or 2 later I got i9 and it was one of the best cpu when I got it, I think the 12 gen just came out or was announced when i upgraded my pc, then I seen how the 12 gen jumped and then the 13 and 14, I had a rtx 3060 then a rtx 3080, and I came across some money and I just jumped at the 4090 and I'm happy with my build. But I got my sights on the i9 14900k, it's time for me to get it, I'm leaving too many fps on the table man but I'm looking at $800 for motherboard,ram,cpu SMH boy this pc ish is expensive lol, I just got a 1000 monitor a couple months ago so that's moniter number 4 for me aswell 😅 so I have spent alot on pc gaming but I'm not complaining, when you devote money on your pc then 3 years past and your pc is outdated its hard to keep up, this why I'm making content cuz this pc ish is expensive, if you want the latest and greatest

I think you might need to read up on how the 3d chips from amd work again ^^ esp with the new 9800x3d

Can a xsx run red dead at native 4k, 60 fps 100+ fps, what about gotham knight,hell blade 2, what about starfield at launch,what about avowed when it comes out, let's not forget about mods and emulators, this pc can do it, if not this computer can easily be upgraded just upgrade the gpu, a xbox can't do that, and speaking of input lag do you have any idea how much less input lag is on pc, pc has the fastest response time, also fun fact fg on pc input delay with fg no worse then console input lag when you consider console input delay can easily be double that of the pc in many games expecially at high fps like 100fps or more, so yes even fg input delay is better then console input delay with no fg most the time

@demanikz yes the xbox would be set around the medium preset, the pc was set to low and medium, the xbox looks better and performs better, the pc is more versatile and has frame gen

I'm not trying to match the xbox to the T, I'm trying to compare them, the fps could not keep up with the xbox the more I turned graphics up on pc the more the fps went down on pc, so I was looking for a sweat spot to make it comparable with xbox, at first glance they look the same, but the xbox has better raw performance, trust me I'm team pc I always want the pc to win but ima be honest aswell, that's the reason I went and got the ryzen 5 3600 I had to give the pc a uplift

Also newer games are given older hardware real problems your rtx 2070 i think holds up better then 5700xt you hopfully would crush the xbox

Undervolt my gpu down to 1volt and crank gpu up to 1950-2050mhz (depends on load). 2560x1080 native ~ 40 fps dlss+famegen ~ 70-80 fps fsr+framegen ~ 100 with few drops to 80 low-mid setting ok, this is actualy fun

@Andrea_aka_Nux yea but its definitely not ideal, xbox isn't made for the keyboard & mouse like pc, xbox has more input lag, and less customizable but none the less you can use it

@@AG-PC336 I use KB/M on Xbox and never experienced input lag, and that's with also using a usb port extender. Input lag would only affect bluetooth kb/m or low quality wired ones.

They have to step back and see where they went wrong. Batman Arkham Knight comes to mind. This game came out nearly 10 years ago, looks better than Stalker 2 with its UE5 and with same hardware has like 100 fps more

Graphics to get more realistic now require much more hardware and very different software technologies to move forward and make a difference visually (or just even in accuracy even if it doesn't "look better" to the player). It's just way more demanding now unfortunately, especially in Unreal Engine.

Yip imagine what next gen games will need! Stalker 2 needs Nvidia 4090 to run native 4K 60fps RT on or a Nvidia 4080super to play Dlss upscaled quality RT on 4K. Framegen is the worst new tech as it adds so much input lag i dont know how anyone switches that on!

@jacooosthuizen3593 you need 4090 to run alot of games at 4k 60 NATIVELY and to be honest you still cant get 4k 60 on ultra with a 4090 in half the games, i have a rtx 4090, and FG isn't always bad its much better then my first impression of it, in this game if you turn frame gen on while vsync to 60 it's awful, sad thing is games are made now a days as if you are suppose to run it with fg because your fps without it sucks

@DzasterNL when u consider pc performance of any grade this game did really good on xbox, so good that i couldn't really match the level of graphics and performance with the 500 pc, but I could overall get a smoother game on 500 pc by running at low settings the game feels more stable but overall flight sim is a very jittery game the fps jumps from 20 to 60 in seconds all the time even with my rtx 4090 so your going to get stutters when ever fps is so unstable, for both pc and xbox no matter what but when the game stuttered on xbox in the video it was just that scene for some reason the xbox could not handle the atl airport(and thats because the graphic settings on xbox is higher)

@T.N-p9c i recorded both at 1440p, the xbox in performance mode is not 4k, the pc was running 1440p upscaled by 50% and still match the resoulition of the xbox, im sure the xbox is using a dynamic resolution at 720p-1080p then upscaling to 1440p maybe 1800p but the resoulition was similar for both

@@T.N-p9c Nah according to DF, XSX performance mode outputs 4k image by using TSR upscaled from about dynamic 864P to 1152P, maybe epic textures, other medium to high settings, which is significantly better than this PC's image and native 40 ish fps. This is Xbox first party APU really well utilized and optimized title.

@bobnm89360 no 1800p, its alot of different resoulitions out there other then just 1080p,1440p and 4k, 1800p is close to 4k which is 2160p

@homeostasis360 great card, 9% faster on average then this 5700xt i have, but the 6600xt is newer and supports ray tracing, you'll get 60fps with that card, and if you have a decent cpu you'll get 100+fps in most games

@jeanwalljean3103 alot of you guys miss the purpose of the comparison, there is plenty of comparison videos between the ps5 and the ps4 and that allows people to see what the ps5 offers over the ps4, the same with xsx vs xss videos, i dont understand why you guys get salty because a pc port outperforms a console port, the point of the video is to show pc ports will perform well with newer hardware and a pc can unlock a games full potential, meanwhile a ps5 is stuck with ps4 version, you guys have been waiting years and the pc gamers don't have to wait this is a video showing what a pc game does vs a console game

Well i dont know how your brain operates, but if you have native version of ps4 game running on ps5 without any enhancements, then state facts. You compare ps4 200$ machine at best code, with 500$ pc. And thats why, you on one hand are lying or clickbaiting, or on another are just being, well, not smart. But yes, we are salty. @kookaa this what the video was made for, a ps5 needs developers to use its hardware, on pc you are the developer who optimize your games for your hardware, we also have a pc port equalant to the ps4 port as far as game build, but on pc we unlock are own frames and have more settings then console and a ps5 is nothing like a rtx 3070 Jesus it's not even barely on par with a rtx 3060 and im giving the ps5 to much props by saying that

@kookaa lol ok my friend but you have to factor in several things, gaming isnt just graphical computing, there is alot of game mechanics that also have to be computed, this why a rx6700 can run at 30fps if I put that gpu in a old computer, or 100fps if I put that gpu in the best computer money can buy, you guys keep looking at gpu but then you guys want 60fps this is not how games actually work, a gaming device is not just gpu power, the cpu is the center of computing a gpu is the center of graphic computing, a game is still a program, the videos I show you guys is a 4 core 8 thread cpu for a reason I'm taking the weakest newer cpu vs a ps5 8 core 16 thread cpu, and the ps5 cpu should be faster on paper but DF already showed you guys what console cpu perform like in a pc and there terrible this is why I'm able to keep up with a i3 and even get higher fps in most games and this is the baby computer so what happens when we start to use i7 and i9, a 100% fps difference is what's gone happen

in this game maybe, but you dont just suppose to see 2500 dollers worth of difference, and nba 2k25 is not the title to bring out a 3000 pc, yesterday this 3000 pc played ghost of Tsushima at 175 fps with way better graphics and way better input lag, and there is no way i could capture that on a youtube video to show you how that feels, but it feels way different then console gaming by alot, becuase consoles 120 fps has alot of input lag so its too slow to feel like a pc, but even then a 3000 doller pc is not for gaming alone a pc is a computer and you program/optimize games the way you want, pc has mods, pc has pirated games, pc has both xbox and playstaion exclusives, pc has the most games, pc has emulators, pc has free online play, pc has the cheapest games, pc allows you to unlock fps on older games and play them at 4k, this just some things a pc does for gaming, but outside of gaming pc does video editing, music editing, photo editing, games are created on pc, a 3000 doller pc is not just for anybody

​​@@AG-PC336 💯 Console guys always talking about how optimized they're compared to PC. A fully optimized/configured PC (without mods) will punch way above it's weight class. I sub to console channels that test performance and my 3060 t.i/ i7 10700 is usually performing about 40% better, even though on paper my CPU/GPU is comparable to Consoles. I get better frames, higher resolution, higher settings. I have yet to play anything under 4K/1440p, 60fps, high or maxed settings in 4 years since buying my PC, which can be built with about $500 to 600. I haven't bought this yet.....but I'm curious to see if the performance steak will continue. I was able to play Hellblade at 1440p, 60 fps, mostly high settings so I should be able to run this fine 🤞 Edit: I did overclock my GPU by a considerable amount. Still.... That's the benefit of being on PC

@@dxtremecaliber There's a lot of videos online of 500-700 builds that beat a console or match it. Convenience is a lot more comparable than you think. You just have optimize your PC from the beginning. After you tighten everything up you won't have to tinker that much. Most of the games I play just work. My PC without having it in quick startup boots up immediately. Faster than any console. Overall Convenience goes to console but PC is much closer than you think Furthermore, a slight advantage in comfort is nothing compared to the amount of value from a PC. I can play any retro game ever made, I can play all Xbox games and previous systems, I can play PS5 games+ older systems, and I can play Switch games + their older systems. Total value is around 3000 + despite it only costing 700-800 I also don't have to pay 80 a year for playing online.

5700xt is the gpu and to me it's one of the best gpu out there for under $150 used

Ye a the 5700XT was a really good card. Still very viable for current gen games. I think what’s good about this comparison is showing how close a PS5 is to older gen GPUs. Its always weird when they think the PS5 will out perform flagship GPUs

@Cezz-n3i i always choose pc even for nba 2k i just like to game on my pc, but nba 2k25 on pc kinda sucks as far as performance it's seems to be very cpu demanding, my nba2k23 is modded out completely but im scared of Mods on nba2k25 because I like to play nba 2k at 100fps it it's been really hard to get that with no mods, then I load into the city and it gets laggy man they didn't really show pc alot of love man

@brianhangfaing4946 well it depends but mainly yes you will lose performance, because mods are not optimized by the devs, so you can lose performance there are some mods to help increase performance in some games, but overall mods are a little more demanding most the time
