Mat Lena bhai bahut poor construction quality h. Brockers ko toh sale krna hain isliye achhi achhi videos Hai, delivered projects check kr lena 1 baar.

Affordable to hote hi 20 se 30 lakhs k hai to usme luxury loge kyaa dost? Ab Signature k construction partners Ahluwalia and Arabian construction company hai jo ki World's best construction companies hai...like you can not compare Apppe to Orange similarly you can not compare affordable construction quality to any floor or luxury property.😊

Signature is affordable builder, don't expect luxury from them. Poor construction quality.
The sales representative promised that OC of four towers is applied and hopefully they will get it in April 2024 and offer the possession in May 2024 but till date they have no idea when they will get OC. No satisfactory answer from their side.

When OC is coming? OC was applied in October, 2023 and its almost a year OC is not received. Project is in progress for last 8-9 years. Regretting after investing in this

Sir kyu itna jhoot bol rahe ho. Mene T23 mein flat liya hai. Basement mein hadh se zada smell hai because of wet land nearby. Seepage issues hai. 1 saal se possession ka wait kar raha hu. Approch road to bataya apne, ye nahi bataya k train fatak hai beech mein. Inki CRM team bhut bekar hai. Railway track saath mein hai. Sara din awaz aati hai. Club house sales team ne occupy kiya hua hai. Flat ki fit and finish mein bhut issues hai. Registeration ho nahi rahi hai because of Property ID issue with MCG.
