Hey thank you for your suggestion. I tried to add item location footage in videos in the past, but I found out majority of folks just jump over / ignore that part entirely. I don't know. Any suggestion on what format would be helpful, where to put them in a video or in separate videos....?

Yes, 01:15 to 01:30 has some footage for open field mob fight. We can use the ash of war, which is very good for AoE, combined with light attacks.

@@JasonNapier-v3x LoL, I am not very confident that I can remember if there are more than 3 buffs. As we learn more about the fight, we will need less buffs. Eventually, we can do it with level 1, RL only, naked, no roll, no dodge, no flask, etc...🤣

LoL, shield poker build was my first ever DLC build guide in the channel. Check the night comet build I release a few days ago. That's the next meta. Better than many builds if magic is a cup of tee for you. lol

@@casualgg I saw the shield poke build you did. That’s where I got the idea. Thank you! lol. Night Comet destroyed ng+7 with my high level character but for some reason magic is not that great coop. I like shield poke for coop too cuz not rely on FP flask which can run out fast especially in 3 player coop.

Poison buffs are the ones I didn't add even to the heavy buffs at the end of the video. So the items you called out are what we can add on top to improve our damage if we are in higher NG plus games. I just released a video of finger Sorceries. Please check if that's interesting to you.

Not easy to say better in what way. Both dealing very good damage. If just for Radahn fight, I think the burst damage of this build wins out a bit. I assume we will need less window to attack because of this. For bosses that has longer window to attack, cross niginata can be the winner. Btw, I like the style of great katana better. It is a katana.

Edit: I actually used Occult affinity in the video linked above. Because Occult scales at arcane at B, with the investment in arcane, Occult has slightly better poison buildup that poison affinity, but I guess the scaling is different. We can make poison buildup has more poison buildup by investing differently in the points.

@@casualgg You won't need much poison build up if you run the poison infusion because the poison infusion makes it last 3x as long, therefore not requiring it to proc as much

The poison flower blooms twice will reset the poison status and we need to reapply poison after the kick.

Health at NG+ 47,579. NG+7 66,611. I think DLC capped at NG+10 which can have a bit higher. Would NG+9 add so much HP to Radahn after NG+7 to make his health 20 times than 47k? I doubt it. This video did 67k damage to finish him off in NG+. I don't know where you read the number of health. Anyway, this was nerfed in patch 1.13. R.I.P. Thanks for the interest.

@@Lodi-mn7wy NG+7 is the cap for the base game. NG+10 (not sure exactly) is the cap for DLC. If this is not correct, I was fooled by some popular streamers. Let me know, and I will make a video to guard counter them!

It still has room to buff the damage though. While in NG+8, you might want to play more conservatively. I didn't play there, but should be a very good try. Its cast speed and damage win over many builds already. Might need some skill to dodge a little bit more as it may not kill every boss just like NG+.

@@Aden.m04 Wym? I’ve beaten Radahn multiple times with various builds. Only one being a cheap build. It takes skill to step up a bunch of stuff for a one shot on a boss.

@@ZKSTLKDESU it doesn’t take a bunch of skill to one shot a boss; learn a pattern or run up & hit. I’m Not saying directly you. I just commented bc you said “unfortunately” also again no it doesn’t take skill to one shot, watch a video, find the stuff, buff, don’t get hit, attack.

@@Aden.m04 again, it takes skill to setup the one shot, not to perform the one shot. You still have to learn some of the boss move set, you still have to acquire your build, and you still have to do the buffs in the correct order and time it. It takes some skill to do all that up. It’s not like it’s like old hoarfrost stomp where you only pick up the weapon and spam one button.

what is the norm?

You did ~21k damage in a row twice but according to the wiki ng+0 HP is 46k scaling up to ~70k maximum. So probably ng+0 but you did just slightly less damage than what seemed to be needed, or the smaller figures added up just right 🤷

@@halo8913 Phase 1 did 21k, phase 2 did 26k (00:13). It adds up to around 47k which is the health he has in NG+.

Good idea if you want to use blood tax to heal. This build focuses on power stancing which just kill things so fast. I am working on a build to put blood tax or repeating thrust on great katana two-handed. Stay tuned!

Definitely it is for real 🙂 I played this build a year ago, and DLC just made it absolutely a beast. After the impenetrable thorns nerf today, this is what I absolutely recommend.
