They install a shift lock release, which then automatically engages the electronic parking brake--completely defeating the purpose of the shift lock release. Then, they make it to where you have to hold it down, also defeating the purpose of the release if you run a flatbed rollback without a winch remote. Partial thank you to Lincoln for being half-ass considerate lol.

Dude you’re a lifesaver! I couldn’t get that piece of shit Lincoln off of my tow truck bed because the battery was dead. I’d still be stuck there if it wasn’t for this video!

If you do this and pull the part back like video said but then it won’t go back forward? How do you get it back to normal?
