It is fun hitting and punching stuff in this game. I think the thing that helps is that the game uses fixed cameras so the controls aren't as clunky as with other early 3D games. It's a but more like a traditional beat'em up, platformer. What's missing is some kind of lock on system that would help aiming.

That's true. Sometimes it was a good thing. Sometimes not so much xD But one thing this era didn't lack was originality. So many gems.

It's hard to say really. It takes a great deal of time to change things from early experiments to a full game. An early alpha demo is planned to release at the beginning of new year. Even that will be a rough cut of what's to come. Thank you for the kind words.

@@rekkimaru7 I can't imagine how hard it is to make a game, hats of to you! Yeh let me know via this thread when anything is available to play, is it ok if I cover it on my channel? It might get some traction it might not, but any new eyes on it could be good for the game! It's up to you! Yeh i get things take time, take all of it you need! can't wait to see more!

This channel is all about the old games basically. I much prefer the classic MK games. If it comes to newer ones then it would be MK9 and MKX. I'm not a big fan of the new ones cause they've last the spirit of Mortal kombat.

​@@rekkimaru7 You can maybe even make this a regular thing "playing old games" it would be very interesting to watch and no worries about the commentary sometimes only gameplay is peaceful to watch.

@@s4kiko_ Maybe I could do a weekly playthrough of a PS1 game since it's something i always do during October-November every year so I might as well stream it.

It's a menu concept. The main menu will be developed fully when I'll get to that part. It will also be dynamic. Not just one shot. Aerial shot won't work for a main menu and showing of the props up close.

Thank you. His texture still needs work. I need to define the body shape a bit better cause now he is a bit too 'flat'. Also his shiny nose from far away looks a bit like a clown nose xD

@@s4kiko_ there's a free PC opengl port of the game : cytadela.sourceforge.net/ There's also a new version for the Amiga called "Cytadela Remonstered" which has revamped graphics, fixed bugs and was released recently
