Its mostly not serious dw. Bsically some non-canon pokemon mythology supposedly from gamefreak was leaked, a lot of them are pretty questionable in many ways due to them being basically non-toned down versions of old japanese yokai myths. It's not much worse than most greek myths tbh but the juxtaposition of advertiser friendly pokemon we're used to and the leaked stories is pretty wild
