​@@TheGrabBag_RootBeer Well since you asked....... I've been a root beer connoisseur for several decades. I definitely appreciate your depth of knowledge & adventure for the beer of roots. There are a lot of varieties and styles of root beer out there. I remember when sarsaparilla contained sassafras & root beer did as well, it tastes different than the new artificial variety and tends to overwhelm the subtle notes of licorice root. I think your format is great just bring up the volume on your voices so it isn't drowned out by the music. We want to hear you. Only a heathen would drink their root beer that wasn't chilled at a constant 7 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 72 hours. I'd also recommend drinking your root beer out of chilled crystal flute champagne glasses, any other way destroys the delicate melody of flavors that slowly blooms as the glass warms. Being more descriptive on the flavor, foam, mouth feel and carbonation is important to most of us. It's all in there please let us know. Maybe check out a few videos on wine tasting and dial it back a bit more than "those" people..... I was sure to share and like this video. Keep at it & may the foam remain until your glass is empty.

I still try a bottle of root beer once every 5 years or so, but I haven't been able to connect with 'em yet.
