The fact that you have made this vlog shows that you understand how you're feeling right now and that it's ok. In fact it's the best thing because you are able to cope with it all better and you already know this will eventually pass too. Living with a condition like this must be so exhausting but from what I just saw, you really have a handle on this and you are so brave to talk about it. I wish you well lovely lady, you are loved x

Well I can tell you, I had no success this week either and no loss for me. Everyday is a new day Katherine, I've learnt to move past the bad days and keep the good ones in sight. You are allowed to feel what you do, just grab that good day when it comes and keep going, we all love you loads too ❤️ we are with you ❤️
I stuck last week but lost a pound this week, keep going ❤

Hi Katherine (with a K! haha). You’re doing great! I like your VLOGs. Everyday, just keep striving to be better, if one meal is shot, you try again the next meal. Consistency is definitely the best thing you can do for yourself. A pound or two every week is great sustainable progress and weight fluctuations are normal, if you quit when it goes up, you won’t see it go down again. I’m so happy for you and your positive attitude. It’s very inspiring. PS: Are you a nurse? That’s so cool. Just like people aren’t always compliant with their medication or treatment, you encourage them, listen empathetically, and hope for the best for them. We must do the same for ourselves xx ❤
