Another sarkari plan... Just on paper... Would someone bother to answer question of small business owner... And how would you get your buyer on this platform.. Is it so easy? No clarity on that... Keep breaking your head for the answer.. Their job is done by just uploading a video

Can individusls register as investors to get better returns in short durations

There is no benefit for the supplier. The benefit of getting the amount immediately is tallyied by the discounting of the invoice. Small companies are not running at higher profit margin. Another issue is again the buyer has to approve the invoice. Who knows how many days the buyer will take to approve the invoice? Whether the most of corporates will join in this system? Will the buyer genuinely approve the invoice immediately after the part quality and quantity are declared as correct? This is not solving the issues in the place of buyer. Still the buyer can do the delaying activity here. There is no pressure on the buyer to approve or disapprove the invoice in particular period of time and joining in this kind of system is not must for the buyer. So they may not join in big numbers. There should be some strict rules from the government (Like the banks doing for giving loan to borrowers) on the buyers to solve this delayed payment issue.
