Avoid injuries & recover better with this quick and effective routine after every run. Do each set for 45-60 seconds.
1. Dynamic glutes
2. Forward fold to Squat (Hamstrings, glutes, spine, neck, lower back)
3. Lunge & t-spine rotation (Shoulders, back, glutes, hips)
4. Foam rolling (calves & hamstrings)
Take your time to relax and restore. Your body will feel fantastic after this cooldown. You deserve it!

We booked Volar en Globo, and got the Birthday Package. However, just providing our honest feedback, we didn't find anything great when it came to providing anything special to the birthday celebrants. It's better to book their regular shared flight. Another option my friend recommended was flying pictures - flyingpictures.mx/

@@ephmoks1 yes they offer as an add-on cost of around $70 for the drone footage shots. That’s the shot i used on the intro part of this video. You can also negotiate and ask for a discount, don’t be afraid to do so, just ask nicely. Happy travels! ✌🏼

Sure. This was shot in April of 2024. Each ticket costs 3,000 Mexican pesos per person, which is around 165 USD, including the transportation pick up from your hotel to Teotihuacan and back.
