First I mentioned state rank after that AIR . Exam: for Radio 101 state rank & 3067 AIR . TN State Counselling Round 1 over . If you are Tamil Nadu domicile then you have 50/50 chance .

Reference to your query I am giving you round 1 2024 cut off in Gen Quota DNB ENT 23085 , DNB OPTHA - 23854 , DNB - ANAES-30143, So you can understand its very difficult to get Optha/Ent in 44k rank . You may get DNB Anaes But you can take admission in DNB-Diploma in Optha/Ent which you will get , After that you can appear PDCET exam and do secondary DNB which is equivalent to normal DNB .
