Just got one of these operational the other day, I'm trying to find parts that can max this thing out. I might be able to change CPU from a 2.60ghz to a 3ghz or a bit more. It has Windows XP Pro with SP3 Looked at online manual & it says it can handle up to 4gb RAM, I have 2x 512mb = 1gb in it at the moment. HDD is acceptable at 80gb. I have to see if I have an AGP graphics card, maybe HD. My modern Windows 11 GeoBook laptop can go to hell, it's a piece of crap!

Lol audio confused me for a second, thought windows had glitched & put my screen as the main speaker again instead of my wireless headset. hd 6950 released December 2010 it seems, i was happy with the hd 5770 i picked up October that year a sapphire hd 5770 lite The Noctua cooler is great, mounting system is easier then the 212 & it has a nicely machined bottom plate, cooling performance should be better then the 212 as well, getting one for free id say is a pretty solid option. Using a nh-u12p se2 here which was bought around late 2009 - 2010 by the person who owned it previously original fan still works perfectly fine like it's out of the box still, mine fits socket 1156,1366,am3,am2+ & i think im missing the socket 775 backplate so i had too buy an am4 mounting kit too use it on my new ryzen 5600 here.

My 27” imac has a problem with the graphics card and only works when upside down. Its a bad solder joint. Most people put the graphics card in the oven. I tried flipping it upside down and, voila! I am going to try a heat gun rather than the oven, but for now I am using it upside down.

You're a berk for separating these working parts. Stop doing it. Don't do it again. The motherboard and sound cards STAY WITH THE CASE. That's the rule with P4 Dell towers. Nobody wants to buy an 8250 case without the motherboard tray assembly, unless they've already been forced by someone like you to buy an empty case because there are no complete units, because you've stripped them all. If you're in the retro hardware hobby to make money, you're exactly the kind of person ruining it for everyone else. If you don't want to ship it, sell locally, if you get less money or have to wait, that's just the way things shake out.

Summer 2004. Its my birthday and my Dad walks in with a big box covered with wrapping paper and says "Dude you're getting a Dell." It was a B110. I had a wifi PCI card to mooch of the neighbors wifi. An ATI Radeon X1300 and upgraded it from 256MB of Ram to 1GB. Man that thing screamed!

Doing the letterbomb exploit on the wii perhaps as well ? If you got a white one without it having too many firmware updates you can get it modded too support usb booting off a external hdd for a bunch of games, only one of the usb ports supports that though, one of them is straight up power only on the back, program too manage the external hdd + formatting it correctly is called wbfs manager once you have gotten homebrew channel + usbloader gx installed on it.
