I once heard a nutritionist quote a writer who had said, "The most exercise I get is going to funerals of people who exercised too much." But really, I would have liked to interject at about 33:00 that exercise is often a proven part of an effective therapeutic plan for a number of mental illnesses, as opposed to exercise as a "good idea for health ." And in that context I'd venture to say that if a Rofeh would tell a suffering person, Take this Rx, that therapy, and daily exercise... that exercise would be a chiyyuv.
