after rewatching finish line. Remember the scene where gig was shown as a double agent for the silencers and telling them how to master each skill in the realms? I think k the reason the silencers couldn't beat it then was because at the time no one knew the skills to beat the realms other than the accelerons themselves. If it wasn't for lani and karma telling the drivers about the skill set needed in the races then gig would never of known meaning the silencers couldn't master each skill. This can be confirmed from the junk realm when vert finds out he has to hit the apex to get through and moments after, the silencers use the same diagram and model he did and starts to follow the apex. To put it simple, without the knowledge of each skill needed to complete the realm, they couldn't beat it, therefore leading the realm uncleared and to reopen during ignition

My theory has been that no one managed to finish the swamp realm the first time, so, with no finishers to win the accelecharger, it opened again at a later date.

Watching this series as a kid and coming back to it as a 24 y/o is amazing. Love that there is still a community here that still remembers peak racing movie

I NEED PART 2

I have rediscovered Acceleracers series a couple of days ago (I was watching this as a kid), it was nice to watch it again, this time focusing on details. I appreciate your work, even if I have different vision of theoretical new chapters of the story. In my opinion, fourth ring in Wheel of Power would be another iteration of races. But to make it not so repetitive, instead of accelechargers the drivers could acquire technologies to produce more powerful cars (chemical formulas for fuel, next-gen metal, nanotechnology), or even ready-to-use cars prototypes. There could be a conflict between Drones (way to conquer the world), Silencerz (fighting off the drones and utilizing tech in military on government's request) and Tezla with Teku & MManiacs (preventing everyone from using it in other way than racing). In addition, it's kind of symbolic that in the movies we had 3 rings in Wheel of Power and three main groups. With fourth group, we could go with another side of conflict with different agenda (I dunno, maybe acquiring all tech just to erradicate it: Purgatory Legion? Purgatorions?) and color set of course (silver-red?). At some point, the drivers could learn how to clone accelechargers and combine them. Such merged versions could have both positive and negative effects on the cars (the more pieces used, the worse - up to four), BUT it could unlock completely new worlds, opened by Wheel of Power's rings set on different symbols, not all the same ones. The drivers could be enforced to keep modified accelechargers active all the time to not be teleported away from the world (cars could handle it differently based on implemented technologies acquired earlier) - but not in cars, but in some kind of emmiter/gateway stabilizer which could allow all other factions enter the realm at the same time, but also affect all cars and/or drivers during the race.

This honestly has such a good story line to it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually followed this to make a conclusion

actually i have an even deeper reason. the Swamp realm specifically, was a one shot realm. they lost to the drones multiple times (also how gelorum made her big general) and the swamp realm was "buffed" by the accelerons so the drones stopped winning, but it kinda didn't pay off as all drivers lost, most of them were rescued by the silencers. Kadeem was the only tesla driver not on the swamp realm, and he saw nobody come back. Seeing how making the realms too strong for the drones not to finish made no driver finish the realm, the accelerons decided to open the storm realm to test the human drivers instead of instantly reopening the swamp realm, to test if the new drivers where good enough. this probably coincides with Vert's father probably sneaking into Tesla's Acceledrome via entering the portal while invisible by the side of a driver. Maybe he only truly followed them in metro realm, and he got the accelecharger while invisible. But all of that would be explained true or false in the 5th film, as WR was also 5 episodes into one film, acceleracers would be 5 films. We still needed to see Vert's return to the gang, the explanation of what happened from his father, and what happened to tesla and lani.

I gotta say man, this is an awesome continuation of the acceleracers, after the ultimate race was a cliff hanger and now I found this comic, this is awesome.

Could be the Realm was never supposed to open until the others were completed. Like the final race was the home of the Acceleron's or something.

The bloodline feels like a bit of a stretch, Lani works well as being a bridge between the drivers. She was the one who cared for them when tezla didn't, she was the one holding them all together. Her mechanical knowledge just added too it. She may not be the driver that Kurt, taro, or the others are, but she's just as valuable as them. Because she cared more about the drivers survival, she helped keep tezla in check in spots and I'd bet is a big part of why other drivers didn't get lost. (Ie taro in the water realm)

ima say it, i hacked into their discord server ,tezlas cube, vert wheeler, shirako, tom, chinny, jaycee square (only person that i respect in our highway 35 universe fandom that i will believe one day will upload the frozen fire episode in internet archive before my cancer agg dies are currently gatekeeping the last film. can you really call them highway 35/acceleracers fans for doing this. WE ALL know the answer to that, jus let them keep being “fans” until they die it jus sucks for us fans that we will never see it. but jus know this.. its not our fault.. its not.. they had a choice. and they chose to not share with us real fans. jus know its not our fault if we dont ever see it… its their fault. i love all my highway 35 and acceleracers fans.. i will make a edit one day will all the deleted scenes
