I thought about the water but I kept sinking too much. It does get a lot of swimmers and people on canoes, there has to be stuff in that water. But like Mothers Beach, I never find anything there either.

It would of been a horrible day without that find. Didn’t find much of anything else. I still love my equinox 600. People hate that it picks up small things but I love it. Found gold nuggets with it.

That’s for sure, I used a lure I found at that same beach.

Yea, I was sandblasted yesterday. Takes away from the fun but the cool wind felt good on my face. Didn’t even sweat for a change. lol. Let me know if you have a beach you want to detect together. My beaches are played out.

I know it’s a bad video, I was just bored and was trying out a new video editor. That land slide are is a site to see, beautiful and dangerous. They said in the news today they might shut down the towns water. Might have a ghost town soon near me.

Gotta say, I thought about it a lot but I just couldn’t find a good reason. I do want one and eventually will get one for my birthday or if I had extra cash. But right now my 600 is still kicking butt with no problems.

@@blingkingmetaldetecting well..I ordered a 700.. the deal was too good. They threw in wireless headphones & a 6" coil and pinpointer. Then they're adding a carry case, pouch and cap. On top of that, they gave me a 15% discount for being a veteran. Everything for around $620.

I don't mind occasionally talking to a beachgoer. But, "Did you find my Rolex? / What's the best thing you found? / And especially, "Can I try your detector?" REALLY irritate me. 🥵

Yea, there is a lot of trash there from fires and landslides. You have to be very picky detecting that side.
