Neo Decade full 20 and with his exclusive Showa rider, he didn't need the ultimate form at all. He just strong sadly that Swartz took half of his power.
Instead just fixing decade and give the man a proper new final form, they decide to make it a new rider instead. If legends is a new final form for decade to go toe to toe with ohma, after getting his ass handed by ohma, this would be perfect. Like, how dare them giving the og rider shit fest of a final form while giving the 3.0 copy cat a better final form? If you can't tell, i'm salty af.
Maybe I was grown up with Decade and one more thing Decade is the main rider in his series so I still love Decade more than Legend. The Final Form of Decade in his original show it perfect for him with manly appearance and so far better than his 21 Form.
I think Gotchard as a season is so bad that they had to result into a nostalgia bait in the form of Legend. He is literally the only Kamen Rider besides Valvarad that is tolerable. He has a likeable personality too. I love that his backstory is linked with Decade as his idol.
I saw a video of Tsukasa's actor wering the driver of legend, but doing the Decade henshin sequense, and he ended up breaking the driver because it is supposed to open, not close
@@huytdo Legend's design is most likely a nod to both Decade (his sillhouette design and card gimmick) and Zi-O (the grandiose king like theme especially Grand Zi-O). Though it's really mainly a Decade tribute and thr Zi-O tribute is just the extra gold aesthetics.

The man got so used to the Decadriver, the Legend Driver reversed henshin sequence probably is a bit off to him.

Guy's back story is that he and his world got saved by tsukasa and he based he's driver on decade's as a form of respect.
Still I prefer Decade over Legend, the gold suit and sounds not my fave.
