This is an overview of my evolution and current practices for taking notes in the commonplace journal style. I also share (of course!) some of the tools I use to do this, but I want to always be clear that you don’t need anything specific to do this other than a sheet of paper and a pen, or even a digital tool, which I mention as well.
I hope this is helpful for both experienced notetakers and those looking to get started commonplacing.
