If you are using Windows Defender as your main antivirus, you shouldn't have any problem. Still, if you are using a 3rd party antivirus then you will also need to open the firewall of that particular antivirus and block the internet connection from there. When you have done that and still have the same issue, let me know, but I am certain it will work.

@@Quickfiz Not using any other firewall. Just can't get it to work.

Ok, follow these steps to fix it. Remember is to do the same for inbound and outbound. 1. Go to firewall/advanced settings/inbound/New Rule. 2. Choose "Program" and click on "Browse" to select the program's path. 3. If the program's shortcut is on your desktop, select it. If not, navigate to your Local Disk (C:), then to the Program Files, and then to the program's folder (e.g. Adobe Photoshop). Select the program's executable file (e.g. photoshop.exe or photoshop). 4. Choose to block the connection and check the three boxes on the next page. 5. Provide a name and description for the rule, and click "Finish." This should solve the problem.

@@TrixSA if you open your tax manager when the pop up shows up, right click on it and open file location and copy the address and block it from connecting using firewall and you shouldn't have that challenge anymore
