Thank you for this. I was debating on whether to get the med matrix program. Im having trouble with applying the knowledge I have to exam scores. Im in my second semester of medical school and the teaching and learning department told me to do a lot of practice question. However, USMLE rx and bootcamp resources do not have the specific info that the med school wants us to know for midterms and getting these resources become quite expensive. So was told by another student to use this program.
have you used medmatrix yet???
@@JacobSearlesjust used for the first time two days ago and oh my this thing is fire. M2 med student

We are taught to be the BEST at what we ✊🏿 do. We can’t half step like whites do. WE HAVE TO BE THE BEST❗️ We don’t have all the grace that a mediocre white person has. They are afforded grace. Their WHITE IGNORANCE , as Jane Elliot puts it, recognizes each other.
Six hours of sleep is all I ever need. I do love me a cuppa coffee in the morning though❤
Nice!! I do love coffee in the morning too!
We need Advocates more today than we have in the past 20+ years. Thank you
Couldn’t agree more! It’s a difficult system to navigate, even as a physician!
You said much but didn't say much of value, yes caffeine is a false fuel as we know, but if you eat a good amount of food while drinking coffee you won't experience the energy dips.
The argument is not to have people abstain from coffee as there are numerous benefits but to understand the relationship between it and circadian rhythm/sleep
@@medredefined I did not make the argument for people to abstain from coffee, it was more like the "short" was poorly made. But I totally agree with you, people nowadays are drinking too much coffee and have unhealthy habits, and are addicted to coffee.
@@alfredlindquist3046 ahh got it! Thanks for the feedback - hoping people listen to the full episode for clarification
