Great video I've had 4 of these from the 80s to 2000s.

I don't know if it is the camera sound effect but your car seems to be noisier than the original tone. in essence, these Volvo were high quality car and that car translates that to perfection., fun factor included.

Makes me want to go drive my BRG '67 1800S...but soggy PNW weather dampens that. So I'll have to get my fix driving, watching your video.

What a great video of a lovely 1800S! Due to severe osteoarthritis I can no longer drive my 1966 1800S, but this short video captures the driving experience to perfection. I wanted a 240 wagon, but because it’s not in the “acceptable emissions class”where i am, i had to settle for a V70. Amazing car, 2.4T, but the style of the 240 wagon is much nicer to me.

Why not open the hood?

When locking the OD in you should always use the clutch paddle to prevent the OD gearbox from damage!

I owned an 82 GLT wagon that I converted to an intercooler. I had to sell it when I moved overseas. I miss it.
