Rip FGCX 100
if only they’d let you into the cab itself. :I
You're right
Your music makes me so happy. Thank you.
481 has 482's whistle now!
What is the segment at the very end?
The Clishay? It has a clutch and could run in neutral to run a water pump if I remember right.
thank you for your comment.
Zzz cup
they should build their own 3-bell whistles!
8330 is now owned by the Florida Railroad Museum in Parrish.
When i was driving is went by a Tri Rail too its so pretty
Goddamn copyright!
Hmm, do you think I could fit one of these layouts in my 10' x 10' bedroom, even if it IS a spare bedroom? Maybe I could just admire the GP38............................ Oh well, a man can dream. Ho scale modelers rule, literally. We are the mainstay of all modelers, but we are also, JEALOUS!
I was pleased and honored to have been invited to attend this event. Mr. Dean is a true enthusiast and an incredibly capable engineer and machinist. His home track is well laid out and fun to run. What a great day that was. Too bad it was cut short by rain! Thanks Bob. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of this day.
Nice ops session. I´m designing a switching layout and my prototype is the CSX railroad. Do you know any industrial park or branchline nearby that CSX works?
It might also resemble like a D&RGW 3 chime
Almost sounds like a Central New Jersey replica whistle.
The conductor isn't upset, he gave the engineer a "bump" signal after the coupling because the pin didn't drop on the locomotive. The coupling was actually a little too soft but I'm certain the crew took that precaution because of all the spectators, especially on the car platform.
This isn't what i expected :/
Excellent
Great video!!
Is that diesel the 75ton Porter from the Huckleberry RR in Flint, MI? If so it was built for US Gypsum at Plaster City, CA. I am glad they repaired the broken rod and hopefully the water leak into the fuel tank.
That might be a Casey Jones Whooperwill whistle.
BTW, the whistle kind of sounds similar to the B&O locomotives.
Cool video! I actually got to ride in #12's cab before it left for Iowa in 2012.
A great layout ,nice loco as well. Jon.
Southern Railway 4-6-2 No. 1401 was on display in Washington, D.C.
Nice catch!
Thanks Dean for posting this vid. It can be seen where the old Atlantic starts to dig in at a couple of places in the RR.
nice video! I WOULD of been there that weekend that just past but I wanted to catch the Amtrak heritage unit 145 as I thought it was gona go north on PO92 but sadly PO92 left early due to csx track work in like VA somewere and 145 was still in Hialeah for the weekend
You too!?!? XD
Merp
nice quick pace! I rod in that same tri rail train set when I rode it back on june 15th I also caught this same train set a few days after at 79th street down in Hialeah next to the tri rail metrorail transfer station gona send video response
nice video! sometimes I visit that miniature RR I even rode behind that steamer!
Loved it!
Yea, we had it running on my phone when I shot the video, didn't think ahead of how it'd be so annoying. Oh well. Thanks for the view!
the scanner in the backround is a little annoying but other then that awsome video do more

A rio grande 3...... not sure.
Oh, well itdure does look and sound like a Lunkenheimer, any idea as to what they copied it after?
That isn't a Lunk. That is a homemade rio grande 3 chime.
