Yeah. I keep botching the landing in BMS. If I switch to DCS I butter the thing almost every time. There is a slight difference in the flight model that I can feel at really slow speeds and it’s messing up my landings. I’ve got hundreds of hours in the viper in DCS so that muscle memory takes over

I don't know if you can. 2d and 3d both use the same client window from what I'm aware of. I could be wrong though, I've never had this need. I'd ask on the BMS forums, you'll find someone there that knows for sure!

Oh... You're absolutely right! Manpads are definitely mobile. This is where my DCS knowledge starts to bite me... BMS has some nuances, especially in the tacmap, that are different enough to trip over.

ohh, that's a really good question. I do not know the answer to that. I know there is a logistics section, so I'll look to see if tanks are in there before the next mission!

weight is not even noticeable. balance is perfect. I have found quest 3 to be comfortable with the right mods. In my opinion the q3 is the best headset on the market!

I think you only have to do it on the ones you listed but I do it on all of them out of habit. I definitely wouldn’t take my way to doing things as any kind of standard. I’m just a casual simmer!

Opentrack works great in BMS with a webcam but I have it cause problems in DCS. I preach head tracking instead of high end flight gear. It’s a must have for me. I don’t usually use opentrack since I have trackIR so I may not be the most qualified to go in depth with open track. But that’s not a terrible video idea!

Do you use JSOW for DEAD? I’ve flown the f16 for the past two years and never considered that

@cerberus0351 yes for DEAD and SEAD. JSOW-A the cluster munition on 1 wing and a harm on the other with HAD pod and TGP. In BMS the F18-E Rhino is much better because I can carry 4 JSOWs and 2 Harms with plenty of Aim-120s to get me in the target area and out...If I do it right!

I never play it! We typically play a bit of PvP at the end of every Friday night flights, which is my weekly livestream. But I prefer to play with the community. You guys are grinding chases for real though!

@@cerberus0351 This is TH-cam, not TikTok. TH-cam has its own captioning system. Either way the subtitle pop-in is obnoxiously bad, you could've just shown the text without the incredibly annoying zoom effect. It's already barely tolerable for a 30-second video, but headache-inducing for a 30-minute one. No other flight-related channel does subtitles like this in their videos, and this is why.
