Queen Elizabeth christmas broadcast evolution 1957-2021
I saw a compilation of the Queen of Denmark evolution throughout all of her Christmas speeches from the 70s to 2023 and thought how no one had done one for the beloved late Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen to me was the embodiment of history, so I dedicated this video to reflect on her evolution from the young queen in the first ever televised christmas broadcast in 1957 to the very last one she gave in 2021, while focusing on the historical events that unfolded during her long and remarkable reign.

Truly one of a kind. The years she was Queen were the best! There will never be a monarch like her ever again. RIP Your Majesty.
What a waste of resources. Abolish the royal family, buy them out, use the resources you would have spent on the needy.

She will never be forgotten. It's been almost 2 years, yet there are many of us that still remember her. She is definitely an icon.
Her christmas broadcasts were always great, but the thing that will always stick with me was her covid speech.
I wonder if they'll release a full set of all her Christmas Speeches? TH-cam only seems to have the first one, then all from the mid 70's. It would be great to binge watch them in order.

From 2020 - 2021 you can visibly see massive the tole that losing her beloved Philip had on her Majesty. Drastic weight loss. She died of a broken heart. I can’t believe it’s almost 2 years 💔

It’s sad we will never have her sweet voice wish us merry Christmas again. But might our sweet king bring us much joy with his Christmas message each and every year for as long as our king above kings allows him to reign.

I think it is inspirational that UK had such a long living lady representant for its society. While Her Majesty cared about the people, the people remained united in a common belief that somewhere, for sure, someone like their mother and father was there, and therefore it was only worth it to get up and work so that the peace would last. Life can be as sweet as a lady in her chair. I feel as though the Queen really embodied the spirit of a human as they present themselves in this era, if not always happy, often hopeful. Not to stretch much, I'm grateful for Her Majesty life, even though I'm not Her Majesty subject by nature, as I was born a brazilian person. But I'd like to think that, in heart, we are all children of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth The Second's time. So and so, God saves the Queen in Her Majestic sleep.
